SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
INTEGRATING ETHICS INTO THE HEART OF BUSINESS
A SUSTAINABLE GROWTH CANNOT EXCLUDE THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN THE HUMAN CAPITAL OF A COMPANY AND ITS TECHNOLOGICAL INVESTMENTS.

BSP firmly believes that a healthy working environment is the premise for a conscious and solid growth.

The trust in added value that each individual can bring to the company is a fundamental principle for BSP and is hinged on the enthusiasm and generosity with which our skilled professionals go about their daily work.

BSP encourages any initiatives to foster respect for diversity by supporting the employment of the young, people with disabilities and seniors, as well as taking action to promote professional equality and the development of an inclusive management culture that respects everyone.

The culture of Social Responsibility and transparency not only permeates the relationship with our Clients, but is recognized as a value to be defended every day by our company, regarded as the group of employees and collaborators making it up. The fundamental elements of Social Responsibility underlying individual responsibility are to be found in the Code of Conduct, an expression of values and principles of conduct that BSP recognizes as its own.

RELATIONSHIP WITH EMPLOYEES

The company aspires to being a place where its employees are safeguarded and, in order to achieve this aim a welfare scheme has been drawn up that includes insurance coverage, study grants and loans for the children of personnel, healthcare and prevention programs.
