The present document describes the general Privacy Policy adopted by BSP Pharmaceuticals in this web portal (hereinafter the “Portal”) for personal data processing pertaining to the users, who visit it by explaining how the data are gathered, registered and used, as well as the purposes of such processing. Data processing policies of other web sites linked to the Portal are not covered by the present document.

This Privacy Policy conforms its Portal Data Protection policies with the provisions set out in the Testo Unico (Unified Text) of regulations on personal data protection (legislative decree 30 June 2003, n.196, Data Protection Code), and with the cautions and procedures specified by the Garante in the Data Protection memorandum published on the Authority’s official web site.

Personal data communication and the eventual diffusion will be in compliance with Data Protection Code provisions. Data processing in connection with Portal web services will be performed at the aforementioned offices of BSP Pharmaceuticals under the sole care of the technical staff of BSP Pharmaceuticals and, eventually, persons in charge of maintenance operation.

Personal data that identifies the users is processed with electronic means for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for their collection and/or printed on paper and may be used by BSP Pharmaceuticals for the following purposes<:/p>

  • Providing feedback to requests made;
  • Collecting certain anonymous statistical data about the use of the Portal;
  • Sending promotional and commercial information, also by automated means (such as emails or txt messages) regarding services, capabilities installed and events.

Personal data provided by users sending their CVs, requests to sent information on BSP Pharmaceuticals’ or business inquiries will be only used to reply to and satisfy the request and will be communicated to any third parties only in the event that it is required for that purpose. In no event case BSP Pharmaceuticals will disclose personal data of the users to third parties without consent of the person concerned.

Specifically, the users that wish to send their CVs through this Portal are invited to pay the due attention to this notice with regard to the processing of data related to them and inserted in the CVs sent. In this way only the processing can be carried out consciously and deliberately. In particular, BSP Pharmaceuticals acquaints that the Privacy Code prescribes that sensible data can be lawfully processed only by previous consent in writing; it is currently difficult, thought, to obtain such a consent from each user, except by specific modalities (e.g. digital signature).

Personal data can be transferred abroad, as far as the above mentioned purposes are concerned, to other BSP Pharmaceuticals' seats or to professional partners. In that case, the user will have the opportunity to express his/her preference in relation to such transfer of his/her data. BSP Pharmaceuticals is committed to protect the privacy of the users, control the access to materials available on and not to disclosure personally information violating the policy reported herein.

Once processed the abovementioned data are immediately deleted.

The user may at any time and for any reason want to disable or delete cookies by modifying the settings of his/her browser. Thus, some functionality of the Portal might be lost due to disablement of the cookies, such as the access to restricted area, the submission of forms or the registration to the Portal, if applicable.


Information or other requests made by, or related to, children under the age of 18 will be disregarded by BSP Pharmaceuticals. Children are neither allowed to use the Portal, nor submit any personal data. In case of accidental contact with minors, BSP Pharmaceuticals rejects any responsibility whatsoever and undertakes to immediately cancel any information sent by the children based on the report received by the party concerned.


The subjects whom personal data refer to, have at any time the right to obtain a confirmation on whether their data still exists or not and have the right to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for their integration or update, or for their rectification (art. 7 of legislative decree n. 196/2003).
According to the same article, users have the right to ask for deletion, anonymization or blocking of illegitimately processed data, and also to oppose, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.
