PRIVACY POLICY
PURPOSE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The present document describes the general Privacy Policy adopted by BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. in this website (hereinafter the "Portal") for personal data processing pertaining to You, also defined as "User" or "Data Subject", who visit the Portal and explains how the information that can be directly or indirectly attributable to or assigned to an User (a "Personal Data") is gathered, registered and used, as well as the purposes of such processing. Personal data processing policies of other websites linked to the Portal are not covered by the present Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy conforms with the provisions set forth in the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "General Data Protection Regulation" or the "GDPR") and the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No.196), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101 of 10 August 2018 (hereinafter "Personal Data Protection Code") and with the cautions and procedures specified by the Italian Data Protection Authority (the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, hereinafter the "Authority/Applications/Visual Studio Code.app/Contents/Resources/app/out/vs/code/electron-sandbox/workbench/workbench.html") in the data protection memorandum published on the Authority's official website. For clarity, the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Code and the data protection memorandum are defined "Applicable Law".

Users acknowledge that by accessing the Portal its Personal Data shall be processed. The Data Controller of such processing is BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. with an office located in Latina Scalo, via Appia Km 65,561-04013 Latina (Italy), phone +39 0773/8221 – fax 0773/405205 – e-mail: dpo@bsppharmaceuticals.com. We kindly invite to use this e-mail address for privacy-relevant profiles only (e.g. not for job applications and business related requests)..

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

BSP is committed to protect the privacy of the Users and control the access to the contents available on its Portal at www.bsppharmaceuticals.com and not to disclose Personal Data and violate the Privacy Policy reported herein.

BSP represents and warrants that the Personal Data processing, communication and its diffusion is in compliance with Applicable Law. Personal Data processing in connection with the Portal web services is performed at the aforementioned offices of BSP under the sole care of its technical staff.

Personal Data is processed with electronic means for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for its collection and/or printed on paper and may be used by BSP for the following purposes:

  • Providing feedback to requests;
  • Collecting certain anonymous statistical information about the use of the Portal;

Personal Data provided by Users by sending their CVs, or included in any business requests will be only used to reply to and to satisfy such request. Those Personal Data will be transferred to any third parties only in the event that such transfer is required for that request. In no event BSP will disclose Personal Data of the Users to third parties without the consent of such concerned User.

Specifically, the Users that wish to send their CVs through this Portal are invited to pay attention to this Privacy Policy with regard to the processing of the Personal Data inserted in such CVs. In this way, the processing of User's Personal Data can be carried out consciously and deliberately.

Personal Data may can be transferred to the following categories of recipients: (i) BSP's seats; (ii) to third party's professional partners, in this case, the User will have the opportunity to express his/her preference in relation to such transfer of his/her Personal Data and (iii) to authorities, whose right of access to such Personal Data is recognized by law.

COOKIES

Cookies are tiny files composed of a string of letters and numbers which are transmitted from a website to the user's device (computer, tablet, smartphone or similar) to use and display a website and to monitor favorites, data and other information as login, language, type of text or localities, whose information are stored in the user's web browser while the user is browsing that website.

Except for the information that are voluntarily provided by the User, no Personal Data is intentionally acquired by BSP by means of this Portal.

BSP does not use cookies for the transmission of Personal Data or persistent cookies for permanent users tracing or further marketing purposes.

BSP will collect data, which is not personally identifying information, but which reflects the activities of the Users on the Portal, including IP address, browser and navigation time. In this Portal BSP use technical analysis cookies that are used anonymously to analyze User's browsing, visitor statistics, Portal visit times, and the User interactions within the Portal's content. The information generated by such type of cookies on the use of the Portal can be used to place banner ads and commercial suggestions during navigation without any direct reference to the User's profile.

A cookie does not collect or keep User's Personal Data, but allows BSP to improve the services or the accessibility and collection of User's information for statistical purposes and for the Portal's correct functioning. Once processed, the abovementioned information are immediately deleted.

The User may at any time and for any reason disable or delete cookies by modifying the settings of his/her browser. Thus, some functionalities of the Portal might be changed and/or lost due to such disablement of the cookies, such as the access to restricted area, the submission of forms or the registration to the Portal, if applicable.

MINORS ACCESS

Information or other requests made by, or related to, children under the age of 18 will be disregarded by BSP. Children are neither allowed to use the Portal, nor submit any Personal Data. In case of accidental contact with minors, BSP shall not have any responsibility whatsoever and undertakes to immediately cancel any of such information.

ACCESS

In accordance with Applicable Law, as a Data Subject, you have the right to:

  1. Obtain confirmation of the existence of your Personal Data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. Obtain the indication:
    • of the origin of your Personal Data;
    • of the purposes and methods of the processing;
    • of the identity of the Data Controller and Data Processors;
    • of the subjects to whom the Personal Data may be communicated;
    • to update, rectify or integrate your Personal Data;
    • to have your Personal Data ported directly to another Data Controller;
    • of the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
  3. have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate interest to the processing of personal data;
  4. In case of violation of your rights, you can lodge a complaint to the competent Authority. All pertinent information is available on the website: www.garanteprivacy.it.
