BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. is glad to announce it has been awarded as one of 500 Italian 'champion' companies surviving the crisis and competing on the global markets.
The study awarding BSP was developed by ItalyPost (www.italypost.it) and was presented on 16 March 2018 at Borsa Italiana during the event of 'L'economia del Corriere della Sera'.
This study analyzed companies with a revenue between 20 and 120 million euros during the years of crisis (2010 - 2016), growing at impressive pace, generating profits and jobs.
The team working on the ItalyPost study was composed by financial analysts from ModeFinance rating agency and from corporate finance experts from Special Affairs.
The study put on the spotlight almost unknown companies, analyzing the average growth of the last six years - at least 7% a year (at least 50% over six years) - and looking at their gross profitability - at least 10% a year in the last three years (with an average of the sample exceeding 19% per year).
These 500 champions companies are companies that have gone through the crisis, continuing to invest and making the most of the spaces left free by others, with excellent profitability thanks to the momentum of the product and the continuous refinement of production processes, the pressing adoption of new technologies, a continuous innovative tension, a vocation to internationalization that allows the global markets to be monitored continuously and often with positions of absolute leadership.
According to the distribution by geographical area and by region, BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. is one of the 12 companies from Lazio out of the total of 500 Italian champion companies 2018.
