BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. - Press Conference to presentation new industrial plan developed with the acquisition of the former factory site S.C.M./Gambro

Today, 29 January 2018 , Aldo Braca, Founder and CEO of BSP organized a press conference at the auditorium of BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. to present the positive closure of the process with the ASI Consotium (Rome - Latina Industrial Development Consortium) for the acquisition of the former factory site S.C.M./Gambro.

This acquisition represents an important part of BSP growth plan.

• the creation of new production activities for parenteral products with low and middle strength for the production of injectable specialties in the immunotherapy segment or for second and third line oncology treatments;
• the creation of new laboratories to study new antitumor treatments;

The expenditures envisaged for this growth plan are over 144 million euro, with an employment impact of around 400 people, which will be added to the current 500 employees and to the same number in the fields related.

Among the guests, in addition to staff representatives, suppliers, partners and bank representatives, the Bishop of the Diocese of Latina, His Excellency Monsignor Mariano Crociata, the Mayor of the City of Latina, Damiano Coletta, the President of the Regione Lazio, Nicola Zingaretti, and the President of the Industrial Development Consortium Rome – Latina, Carlo Scarchilli, with the councilor Cosimo Peduto.
